We offer a great place to work in a dynamic and diverse environment. Currently we are recruiting for Legal Intern – International for our regional headquarters in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands.
The purpose of this position will be to support the International legal team with, amongst other things corporate governance and compliance.
This position will involve contact with team members across the globe and at all levels of the organization. This position is based in our JLG EMEA office located in Hoofddorp and reports to the Director & Associate General Counsel – International.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To support the legal function with corporate governance across EMEA and with global compliance matters. This includes assisting with day to day matters related to our legal entities in Europe and beyond, and all aspects of our company’s code of conduct and other regulatory frameworks.
